I got the 'Breville 800JEXL Juice Fountain Elite 1000 Watts Juicer' just about a month ago and I can only say how powerful, fast and efficient this machine really is. Not only is the juice pure and refreshing but the pulp that is left in the other container is also much drier than all other juicers that I have used in the last few decades including an older Breville model. And it is so much easier to clean,

About cleaning, here is something I would like to share . . . .

1. line the pulp-collector container with an ordinary plastic bag that you collect from (usually) grocery shopping so that the waste is collected in the bag and ready for the bin. Make sure the plastic bag overlaps and cover the container all round the edges to prevent any spillage and you'll have one piece less to wash and clean every time.

2. Wash up as soon as you have finished juicing using a little warm soapy water to prevent and get rid of stains (mainly from carrots) and you'll enjoy an ever new looking juicer in the house for a long long time.

Cheers

To Alfredo Gomez,
Your Champion Juicer is designed for a bowl to catch the juice. The bowl fits in the curved portion of the base. No juice leaks on the counter when you do this. I have a commercial Champion and I love it! The manufacturer has been around since 1955, and stands behind what they build.

I agree with you. I love my Breville. No doubt, it's an expensive machine, but well worth it. Yeah, it gets a little loud, but I have solution. I get the wife to do the juicing while I'm in the shower.

So far, she hasn't caught on. ;)
