We rate and review the best juicers so you don’t have to. Also offers recipes and some tips and tricks on juicing that you won’t find anywhere else.
Do you need a good juicer than is built to lasts? Do you want something backed by a family owned enterprise than specialize in making juicers for over 50 years? And lastly, how about using your juicer as a coffee grinder?
If those sounds tempting, read on.
IT’S BUILT:
Champion Juicer 2000+ is a solid piece of machinery and is very very heavy. In fact, it’s so heavy we believe you could use it as your dumbbell. It’s built like it’s for military use. So there’s nothing sissy about this machine.
We like the fact that it comes in 4 colors. As a suggestion, avoid the white color because strong colored fruits or vege could taint it easily.
The Champion 2000+ comes with blades made of tempered stainless steel that are cast into the cutter for strength and years of use. In fact, the company guaranteed that they never separate or rust.
PERFORMANCE:
Because the Champion Juicer uses mastication process, you’ll notice a slightly darker, richer color of the juice. It will also be a little bit sweeter than one produced by other type of juicers ( like Jack Lalanne’s).
The darker and sweeter juice is because you have more fibers, enzymes, vitamins, and trace minerals in the juice. That’s a big plus if you’re serious about getting the true health benefit of juicing.
The feeding tube is quite large but you still need to cut your fruits before putting it into the juicer. You’re also recommended to get rid of the seeds from your apples or grapes to make sure those wouldn’t ruin your machine.
This machine is not the fastest juicer you’ll ever use. However, the juices is definitely one of the best.
CLEANING UP:
Cleaning time is at par with other juicers in the market. However, you need to handwash the parts.
So, if you’re are the kind of person who are allergic to washing your own dishes, skip this juicer.
NOISE LEVEL:
Again, not one of the quietest machine in the market.

MINUSES:
CONCLUSION:
If you want the best juices from a home machine, the Champion Juicer 2000 Plus is recommended. Yes, it may seems a bit pricey but considering that it could lasts for a very, very long time (with proper use of course) it’s a cheaper and better juicer in the long run.
Champion 2000 Plus is not the fastest or quietest juicer you’ll ever use but it does it’s job really well. The juices are pure and tasty - with nutrients and fibers intact.
If you have the budget and want one of the best juices - this one is for you. It doubles as a grinder for fresh coffee and doubles as a baby food maker.
If you want something that is fast, silent and can be washed by your dishwasher, skip this powerful model and go for an inferior juicer. But you’ll never know what you’ve missed.
RETAIL AT: around $250
