As the holiday season is in and cranberries are abundant, why not make a fresh juice out of them?

What It’ll Do For You:

Vitamin C helps your body fight infection and keep you immune system strong.

What’s Needed:

  • A handful cranberries
  • 2 Oranges
  • 4 Beetroot
  • 2 Celery
  • ( and optional)
  • Chilled or Sparkling Water
  • Crushed Ice or Ice Cubes

How To Mix:

  1. Get rid of the skin of the oranges, cut into wedges.
  2. Slice the beet roots into chunks.
  3. Juice those cranberries, oranges, beetroot and celery.
  4. It’s ready! If it’s too concentrated dilute it with water or those ice cubes.
