What It'll Do For You

A combination of four fruits full of antioxidants will help your skin fight the effect of  Ageing. Carrots will help improve your eyesight while apple and oranges will improve your body's immune system.

What's Needed

  • 3 Carrots
  • 2 Oranges
  • 2 Apples
  • Small piece of root ginger
  • (and optional)
  • Chilled or Sparkling water
  • Crushed Ice or Ice Cubes

How To Mix:

  1. Scrub the carrots and remove the ends, cut into chunks.
  2. Peel the skin of the oranges and cut into wedges.
  3. Remove the skin, stalk and seeds from the apples and cut them into wedges.
  4. Juice soft fruits with the hard ones alternately.
  5. Dilute with water or ice if needed.
